If the underbody is not cleaned properly to start with, then your rust protection will not last. Hot Water is the only way to ensure that the underbody surface will be in the perfect state to ensure the best adhesion. Your vehicle is put up on a hoist over a wash bay so that all noocks and crannies of the underside can be accessed. Even if there is surface rust on your chassis, we will manually wire brush scrub the areas to remove this before applying a rust converter which will inhibit the spread of rust and then applying the rustproofing. Rust converter is used on every vehicle.

A Complete rustproof covers the entire underbody, the engine bay, inside the chassis rails, inside the rear and front quarter panels, inside the doors/tailgates and the tail lights. An Underbody only rustproof covers all the undercarriage and the chassis rails.
